How to get help fast

Send one email with the following. This reduces back-and-forth and accelerates triage.

  • Use case: drift, coverage, rule precedence, change validation, or log analysis
  • Platform: Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) policy export (current support)
  • Question: one sentence describing what you need answered
  • Attachments: policy export + (optional) screenshots or prior reports
  • Timeline: evaluation window / urgency
